Sustainability

Every trip leaves its mark: whether of an ecological, economic or social nature – the effects are not always positive. Travel brings an economic upswing, on the other hand it leaves an ecological footprint behind which shows its effect much later.

At STR proMICE we firmly believe that the shared experience of an event, conference and incentive trip will remain a successful motivational tool creating a long lasting experience for the participants. So why not make this great experience ecologically, economically and socially sustainable?

Together with our DMC partners, we have set ourselves the goal of offering you, as a MICE planner, concepts and programs that specialize in sustainability. You have the choice whether it should be a completely green program or whether certain program elements focus on topics that are particularly important to your company or your client's company.

DMCs with the "STR Sustainable MICE" logo are committed to proactively suggesting sustainable alternatives. You will be surprised how easy it is to implement them and that they do not necessarily come with a high cost.

With the support of Global Green Events we have worked out the following topics and initiatives together with our partner DMCs, enabling you to keep the ecological and social footprint of your project as low as possible:
